Dispatch & Delivery
Orders are processed and dispatched within standard business timelines. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to location, logistics constraints, or unforeseen circumstances.
House of Eraaya shall not be liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, strikes, or force majeure situations.
Delivery Guidelines
- Do not accept packages that appear unsealed, damaged, or tampered with.
- If delivery is marked complete but not received, the issue must be reported within 24 hours.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Packaging Responsibility
Products must be securely packed at the time of return. Customers are responsible for handing over the item in proper condition to the pickup agent.
An unboxing video may be requested in case of missing item claims.
