REFUND POLICY
House of Eraaya
At the House of Eraaya, every piece is carefully created and packed. Refunds and exchanges are governed by the following conditions.
Eligibility for Return or Exchange
- Requests must be initiated within 4 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged.
- Original tags and packaging must be intact.
- Clear images must be shared for damaged or defective items at the time of raising the request.
- A maximum of three pickup attempts will be made. If unsuccessful, the request will be cancelled.

Provide:
- Customer name
- Order ID
- Product code(s)
- Pickup address and contact details
- Images (if damaged/defective)
Step 2: Return Method
If reverse pickup service is available in your location, we will arrange a collection.
If reverse pickup is unavailable, the customer must ship the product to us.
For self-returns:
- Order ID and registered mobile number must be clearly mentioned on the package.
- Tracking details must be shared with our support team.
- House of Eraaya is not responsible for items lost or damaged during self-shipping.
Quality Inspection
Returned items typically reach us within 6–7 days within India.
Inspection is completed within 24 hours of receipt.
If approved:
- Exchanges are issued as store credit valid for 1 year.
- Items purchased using store credit are eligible only for store credit upon return.
- Reward points and store credits are non-refundable and cannot be converted to cash.
If the product fails inspection, it will be shipped back to the customer. Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.
Unauthorized returns without prior approval shall not be accepted or refunded.
